Going down…

Well, today is the one week anniversary of the Month of Eating Healthier. This morning’s weigh-in has me at 229.2, a four pound decrease in weight from one week ago. And that’s after spending Friday night chowing Dominos pepperoni pizza, all day Saturday eating at McDonald’s and Dairy Queen. Not to mention the beer. I seriously grossed myself out a bit and was glad to go back to my monkish food on Sunday. And even on Sunday I didn’t quite get back on the healthy train, since we went up to the snow to play, and had a cookout and I ate a couple of big hotdogs.

I hit 229 a while ago when running a lot, but never dropped below it. I suspect I will probably drop to 228 by tomorrow morning, which will be the lowest weight since I-don’t-know-when. It’s all “lowest ever” from here on out.
