The Diet Stuff

Well, the Month Of Eating Right is over. I bottomed out at 224. It’s not the 213 I was aiming at, but I’m pretty happy with it anyway. I reclaimed some old pants. 🙂

This month so far has been filled with utter gluttony. I’m actually kinda craving good, whole food again. The way I was eating was pretty easy, so I’m planning on continuing that way indefinitely. I just won’t be as militant about it. As this evening’s waffles-for-dinner have shown.
