Tomorrow is Sunday. The start of a week. The start of April. And the start of my fitness “do over.” I need goals, but in order to know where I want to go, I need to know where I am. So here’s the weigh-in.
I’d like to get my weight to 225 and my bodyfat to 20%. Seems achievable. I’d like to do this by the end of June, 2007. That’s a full three months. Three months to run off 14 lbs and 6% bodyfat. I can do this. Just watch those charts over there.
