Two in one day!<\/p>\n<p>In honor of Spring, I&#8217;m resurrecting the old <a href=\"http:\/\/bren.pintglass.org\/joglog\/\">JogLog<\/a>. I&#8217;ve upgraded the blog software and got it humming along nicely. The graphs will look better after tomorrow&#8217;s data points. Basically, I&#8217;m going to be a fatblogger for a while. After shooting some video and watching my meatbeard swing with every word I uttered, I decided I <em>really<\/em> need to start running again. That and the hope that running will eliminate my new-in-2006 high blood pressure medication. I&#8217;m not holding my breath on that last one, though. I&#8217;ve got genetics working against me.
