Short hike, but I had Asher on my back while Amy kept an eye on Truman and his friend Abby.<\/p>\n<p>I stretched for 10 minutes this morning, doing the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.readysetgofitness.com\/\">synergy fitness<\/a>&#8221; stretching routine.
